How we work together

  1. A first conversation. You tell me about the situation, the open questions, the time and resources available. It also helps us understand whether working together makes sense.
  2. A written proposal. I send you a tailored proposal with objectives, activities, timeline and costs, to be discussed and adjusted together.
  3. The process. It may be a series of training sessions, regular supervision, consulting on an organisational transition or an action-research project over several months. These forms are often combined.
  4. Feedback and hand-over. Every process ends with a feedback session, so that what has emerged stays with the organisation and helps it decide.
